Emily's Foot
YAY! I got a lizard! And I named her Emily! Okay...that is the good news. The bad news is that I noticed a couple of weeks ago that she had a burned (front-left) foot. Daddy said that he thought Emily burned her foot on her heat rock. So we put a sock over the heat rock and it did not get any worse. But it did not get better, either. Today I took her out for my second time. She went up to my shoulder and jumped out of my hand a lot. Most often she would jump into a basket of building blocks. Once I took her into the living room. Then I picked her up again, and I saw that her burned foot had fallen off! Daddy said that that was good news because it was like she'd had a cut and her foot was the scab, and the scab fell off the cut, and she would grow it back.

What we did in gym.
It is not the first day of school just because this is the first time I'm writing about school. Actually, my "new school"; it's not really a new school, because this is about the 71st day of school.
Anyway, what happened in school today was, first off, in the gym, we played with a real parachute, and the first thing we did was, we each took a part of it and jumped up and down, so it looked all wavy. Then, we spun it around clockwise until Mr. Sanatalis (the gym teacher) blew his whistle, and then we would do it counter-clockwise. Ad we kept doing it in a pattern, clockwise and then counter-clockwise. Then we lay down and put our feet under it and kicked it, so that the edges looked like a pie crust and were all wavy, except in the middle. And then we waved the parachute really softly, and made it look like water, and we were really, really silent so it didn't only look like water, but it heard like water too. The last thing we did in gym was, Mr Santaliz took out a rubber chicken, and I thought we were gonna play Chicken Toss, but we didn't (Chicken toss was from my old school in gym). Instead of Chicken Toss, Mr. Santalis said that we were frying the chicken, and so we had to put the parachute up and down until the chicken fell into the hole in the middle, then someone would come and get it. We did that as a pattern over and over until we had to line up for water. Then Ms. Halliday picked us up, and we went all the way to the cafeteria for lunch.
To be continued...

The Movie Trip
Once I went to the Bee Movie with my my godmother Nicole, who I usually call Nilly. It was the only one I remember. I did go to one before, which was not one I remember. We went to the Ziegfeld movie theatre. It was really pretty and beautiful too. Cool colors -- red and black, which red is my favorite one. Also one part was hillarious. A bee was in a bus and a little girl who looked about my sister Eve's age said with a little cute wave and a little cute way, "Hi, Bee!" That bee also made friends with a human who saved his life. I really liked it and it was good. We also had a kid's combo with popcorn and soda and a Reese's Peanutbutter Cup.
Then we went to lunch and had lentil soup and roastbeef sandwiches and bread and lunch dessert too. We talked about St. Francis and lepers and the boys at school. We also talked about doing my homework and making a list of things to do when I get home from school.
Then we went home and wrote this. The End.

Supersaurus
Apatosaurus
Coelophysis
Dilophosaurus
Allosaurus
Tyrannosaurus
Ornithomimus
Compsagnathus
Dienonychus
Spinosaurus
Ceratosaurus
Oviraptor
Baryonyx
Ichthyosaurus
Elasmosaurus
Mosasaurus
Archelon
Pteranodon
Archeopteryx
Eamphorynchus
Dimetrodon
Lycaenops
Seymoria
Ichthyostega
Eryops
Diplocaulus
Hylanomus
Euparkeria
Stegosaurus
Edmontosaurus
Iguanadon
Corythosaurus
Hypsilophodon
Pachycephalosaurus
Parasaurolophus
Maiasaura
Ankylosaurus
Protoceratops

MY BRAND NEW SCHOOL
yesterday was my fourth day of school. The school was very lucky. The carpet there was, too. It was also very fun! I know two Nicoles, and one of them is at my school.
